No No Zero record two songs!

Nearly two years after our last show, No No Zero got together last night to record a couple of songs for a possible future release. Former NNZ drummer Johnny LaRue graciously handled the engineering, and we played a couple of tunes you may remember seeing us do live: "Koro" and "Bite Me".

There's no plans for any live shows at the moment as we're all very busy with other bands, but fun was had and we did discuss the possibility of more No No Zero stuff in the future.

As always, stay tuned.

Mixing the new record

Pressing ahead, we were recently back to 6 Nassau to add a few overdubs and mix most of the record in one long day, once again under the aegis of Mr. Pete Hudson. The man is truly a marvel to behold, pulling off quick fixes and inspired mixes with apparent ease. It's a pleasure watching him work.

We return early in October to finish mixing, and then this beast is off to mastering.
